  Costa De Espana is maybe one if not the worst dining experience. I don't know where to begin. Lets start off with the terrible service, seats with no padding, and the fact that even in the dead of winter they did not turn on their heat. This sort of set the tone of the evening. Ofcourse we thought maybe the food is just that great, maybe they don't need to focus on the other aspects of the restaurant experience. Wrong. In case you missed it the first time, WRONG! I ordered paiela, the only thing a vegetarian can order, and basically paid a king's ransom for a meal I am sure a refugee would have thrown back in my face if I offered it to them in a UN food line. It was terrible, they skimped out on the vegetables and just gave me two pounds of rice. Now you might be thinking maybe its just the vegetarians. Wrong, again. My buddy ordered the garlic chicken, no flavor, meat was undercooked, and again paid a price that even the locals of Manhattan/LA would be shocked to see. Avoid this place at all costs. On a plus when we did ask for the check, they did not delay and were able to leave this so called eating establishment as quickly as possible.
